NFP or FAMs are free, natural methods that allow women and couples to identify the signs of fertility and infertility in the female cycle. Dr Kensey can discuss various FAMs with you including Billings, Creighton, Symptothermal, Marquette, and the FEMM approach, to help you find the method that best suits your situation.
