Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME) and Fibromyalgia (FM) share many overlapping symptoms and can significantly impact quality of life. Emerging research suggests that such triggers may initiate a widespread inflammatory response, leading to chronic immune system activation and dysregulation.
